Good morning, everyone! As a business owner, some nights keep you up staring at the ceiling—and that was definitely me this weekend!
We had 30 massive windows and patio sliders arriving for this beautiful pink monster in the background. And here’s the kicker: this was my very first solo measure and quote. I don’t think Dylan thought I could pull it off… but guess what?
In ONE. FREAKING. DAY… our team cut and prepped 15 openings, unloaded the window trailer, AND installed the whole main floor! I am SO unbelievably proud of our crew! It was hot and they just killed it today 🤯
I picked up a gimbal this weekend hoping that I could film with more of a steady hand. How’d I do for a first timer?
Today, we’re tackling the top floor. It’s going to take a bit longer with these huge units, but this transformation has been a long time coming. The homeowner had so many amazing ideas, and using AI like Gemini helped us bring their exact vision to life.

Uncovering the unexpected is part of the job—doing what’s right for the homeowner is the priority. 🛠️
We were hired to renovate the east and west walls of this home, replacing old cedar siding that had seen better days. But once the siding came off, we found the original Donnacona board (fiberboard sheathing) had severely compromised the structure. Water had seeped in over the years, rot had set in, and critical exterior insulation was completely missing.
Surprises like this are never easy for anyone. We paused work immediately, walked the homeowners through the issue, and discussed the best path forward to restore structural integrity and efficiency.

Week’s off to a flying start, and the team is firing on all cylinders across 4 different jobsites! 🔥💪
🛠️ Sherwood Manor: The crew is hustling hard over here getting ready to wrap up Phase 1 within the next week and a half!
🪵 Cedar Tear-Off: We kicked off a two-sided cedar tear-off, and true to renovation life it came with a few unexpected surprises... 👀 (Drop a comment if you can spot what we found in the photos! 👇) Our team is working diligently to fix the damage, bring everything back up to code, and get it fully papered and strapped for brand-new Hardie siding!
🌧️ Weather-Beaten Repair: Meanwhile, Crew 3 is tackling a wall that took a serious beating from the weather over the years. Rot had taken over, but after the homeowner prepped the wall and had fresh windows installed, our team stepped in! Today, we painted and installed custom comb face window trims and belly boards. Tomorrow? Our vinyl crew takes over to install sleek Gentek “Snow White” vinyl siding to seal the deal! ❄️✨ 🏠 Lastly we’ve got got crew 4 getting ready to wrap up another mobile home project for Knightway/Evolve Modular in Duncan.
