Getting your NCIDQ accreditation is not required as an Interior Designer and a lot of designers do not have this. We at Open Interiors believe it is important to have the highest level of education for our clients. Becoming NCIDQ accredited is not easy but worth it to provide the best quality of work. Not only do you have to have the required amount of hours before you can apply but you then have to write a 3 part exam and receive 75% to pass.
Open Interiors Inc is NCIDQ accredited.

Submit your NCIDQ application now before the work experience requirements change in less than 3 months. cidq.org/paths

Site meeting, can’t wait to share this beautiful custom home. Going to have a blast picking out the finishes for this beauty. Millwork drawings just about completed then on to electrical layouts.
Happy Wednesday, beautiful day to be outside.

We love designing new homes from the ground up. The placement of the house on the property is so important to maximize as much natural light as possible as well as the stunning views of the ocean or mother nature. Capturing every single aspect to make the home function specifically for the families needs and wants. Yes you can have both. Working closely with the clients to make sure it is everything they desire within their budget, what is not to love about this process?

A covered outdoor deck is a must in the area we live in. Outdoor living is so important and a essential part of island life, west coast life. Enjoy the fresh air, heat, mother nature even when its raining and we know it does rain a lot. We are so ready for spring.

Happy Friday. Hope everyone has a fabulous weekend.

This theatre room/man's cave is exactly what the client was looking for. The two units on either side of the theatre screen hold TV's behind it allowing up to 3 different sporting games or events to be viewed at one time. Great weekend of watching sports to be had in this theatre room. Include a great bar with 2 mini fridges, wine rack, wine glass holder, sink and a powder room just through the white door why would you ever need to leave this space?

Happy Hump Day!!!! Hope you all are having a fabulous week.
It doesn't quite feel like the middle of the week with Family Day on Monday or does it? Here is a relaxing and calming mood board to calm your stresses, relieve your frustrations and to just give you a moment to break and picture a calming, relaxing place of your own.
