Do you have house plants ?
I’m obsessed with houseplants. Maybe because they remind me my roots or maybe because they lift my mood but truth is that, house plants not only add life and beauty into our spaces but they offer so many health benefits too.
Surrounding ourselves with plants can help to reduce stress levels and boost our moods. It can improve concentration and productivity. Plants help us stay healthy by purifying the air and increasing the humidity so our respiratory system and skin benefits from it.
Some of my top favourites are: Snake plants, Zz plants, Peace Lilies, Pothos, Natal Mahogany and Hoyas. All of these plants are easy to care and beautiful for any space.
