The veil is thinning and Witches Harvest hosted by the lovely folks at The Nightshade Market will be at the Croatian Cultural Centre this weekend. I’ve been in my studio working late nights making bloody mirror knives and other delightful goodies for your viewing pleasure. Hope to see you there! 🔪🔪🔪

Holy smokes what a weekend at Oddities & Curiosities Expo 🥹 I’m still very much recovering from the madness that was this incredible event, hence the delayed post.

Thank you SO much to everyone who organized, everyone who popped by, to my fellow amazing vendors including my Best & Sloppiest ᴅᴇᴄᴀᴅᴇɴᴛ ᴅᴇᴄᴀʏ 🍄✨BLACK CAT CREATIVE✨🍄 & 𝕸𝖊𝖌𝖘 Thank you for making my birthday extra special, super grateful for our support group 🔥

A huge thank you to the best employee Vancouver Tattoo Artist Sean Cox thank you for doing all the driving, carrying of heavy things and helping run the booth this weekend, I couldn’t have done it without you ❤️

I didn’t get a chance to take many photos, but I’ve included the amazing bruise I gained and a shot of the Patullo bridge from our balcony as it was being dismantled this weekend.

Everyone had such beautiful setups and the camaraderie felt was heartwarming. Lovely to see old friends and meet so many new wonderful folks, so THANK YOU and I hope to see you all again next year!

Saturday October 10th is my BIRTHDAY and I’ll be at the Oddities & Curiosities Expo with lots and lots of glass to show off! I’m an October baby through and through, and I can’t wait to check out all the weird and wonderful curiosities this weekend 🎃 Tix are $25 at the door or $20 in advance on their website. ✨Please Read✨ I’ve made the difficult decision to remove US shipping from my site. Two weeks ago my HS Code was exempt from the insane tariffs to ship from Canada to the US but that has now changed. I can’t keep up with the flip-flopping and aggressive threats so I’ve just removed the headache for now.

I’m hoping this changes soon. Not only for me, but all my fellow Canadian makers who pour their heart & soul into their businesses. Pre-Orange Man 70% of my sales went to the US. SEVENTY. Since the threats and tariff war started that has shrivelled up substantially but I was still able to figure out a way to absorb some of the costs to ship across the border. That is now completely untenable.

This won’t last forever. Americans: I’m sorry. I feel for all you normal folks who hate him as much as we do. Canadians: Please support your local small businesses. Check out craft markets for gifts, check your labels, travel elsewhere. I’m tempted to let the anger take over, but I’m trying to choose optimism. Love you all 🍁

Bringing my very last f**k to .coven today! 2pm-9pm at Evergreen Hall in Chilliwack. 60 vendors slanging our offbeat creations. Food truck, bar, live performances and a huge raffle for charity! It’s going to be a hot one today, so come inside out of the scorching sun and peruse some strange art. Get your mom something totally bizarre for Mother’s Day, she’ll love it! **k
