A kitchen reimagined — within its original footprint.

Keeping the same layout and floor tile, this custom kitchen renovation shows how bespoke cabinetry and thoughtful detailing can dramatically transform a space.
We removed the bulkhead, heightened the cabinetry, and introduced timeless framed millwork styling. The island was lengthened, pantries deepened for pull-outs, and the window enhanced with overhead display shelves and extended wall tile.

Existing colours and the traditional styling of adjoining areas guided every selection, while the client’s clear needs and desires grounded each decision — resulting in a refined, cohesive and timeless outcome.

A collaboration between and — AimID led styling, materials, colours, and details, while Ashburne provided cabinetry layout, drawings, and exceptional fabrication. The quality construction was by Robert Hurlburt Homes.

Designed for a pre-teen to take her through to her Uni days but still be age appropriate by just changing accessories. The new built-in millwork bed surround gave the necessary storage required while framing the nestled plush, tufted, custom headboard. This allowed the space for a lounge-y, curved settee for reading and chit chat with friends, along with new custom drapery as an elegant feminine backdrop. Colours were selected to work with the existing bed linens and rug, creating a light, feminine, youthful yet elegant atmosphere.
