What an amazing treat to be gifted one of the rarest salts on earth. Asin Tibuok (or Dinosaur Egg Salt) is an ancient, pre-colonial salt from Bohol, Philippines. It’s now only being made by ONE family in Bohol. It is a laborious (and beautiful) 3-5 month process to make each one. Talk about bringing the terroir of the Philippines to your table. Thank you to and for this bringing us this incredible gift from your trip to the Philippines. We’re so grateful to have it and cannot wait to use it! 🩶🥥🌊
