Goodbye, September. I think you might be my new favourite month. You’re like the best of Summer and Fall all mixed together. 🍂
On this last day, I cut a tiny bouquet of these new zinnias. They’re the most beautiful muted apricot, and I have no idea how I ended up with them—but I’m soaking them up while they last.
Mr. Cottage Maven likes to collect antique bottles, and this little amber one was perfect for the task. It’s a vintage Canadian wh***ey bottle from the ’60s, and I love bringing out the amber this time of year. It feels so perfectly Fall. 🤎
