Newest Custom ornaments. (This custom batch of 6 ornaments that were ordered for a Christmas eve box unfortunately didn't get picked up even after confirming a date/time) I completely understand that things do happen and the holidays get busy and sometimes you forget but please reach out an communicate, I'm a very understanding person. But with that, this is my time, my money and my effort that goes into all these things to make a product that people appreciate but when customers fall through and goes Mia with no communication (this isn't the first one to do such) I am now wasting my product and time. And reasons like this I unfortunately now have to ask for payment or partial payment upfront for ANY custom order

✨ Changes for the New Year ✨

This is not a change I wanted to make, but unfortunately I have no choice due to an increase in custom orders that are not being completed or picked up. Because of this, starting in the new year, payment or a partial deposit will be required upfront for all custom orders.

When orders aren’t followed through, it results in wasted materials, time, and money. This change helps protect my small business and allows me to continue creating quality custom items for those who truly want to order.
