Why I Do This

I’ve always loved decorating, painting, and shopping for home goods. After selling my last house for $51,500 over the asking price with 10 offers.....yes, 10, I decided that Home Staging was something I wanted to do. I took a course to get my certification and here I am, doing what I love!

Not only did my last house sell way above asking, it set a new record in my neighbourhood, even though it was one of the smallest houses! I sold for almost $70,000 more than two similar homes had recently sold for, and I sold for $30,500 more than a larger home just around the corner......and, I didn’t even accept the highest offer!

How did this happen? I knew what buyers were looking for and I knew how to make it a reality!
