Initial consultation 2-hour in home
$350 +hst
During this meeting I take the time to learn about your personal design style, lifestyle and aspirations for the space. We discuss appropriate fabric selections for drapery, rugs and furniture, mixing trends and timeless design to get the most punch from your design dollar. We build a scope of work factoring in time, budget, structural and administrative requirements. Lastly we select the customized design package to conceptualize the vision for your home.

1- One Room Design
Package pricing available
Includes a customized design plan with floor layout, finishes, and furniture presented using a 3D visual tour. Includes:
Professional PowerPoint Presentation
Mood boards with furniture, finishes, fabric & paint/trim
Pricing lists of images and sizes for all selections of furniture
Scope of Work
Once the presentation is approved, I implement the design by placing orders, tracking delivery and arranging deliveries. Billed hourly.
2- Kitchen, Bathrooms or Entire Home Finish selection
Package pricing available
Includes assistance with choosing finishes, based on your preferences, for the kitchen, bathrooms, and main floors so you’re not overwhelmed by all the choices. This includes:
Flooring Options – hardwood, tiles
Wall Tiles, Backsplash & Grout
Countertops & Profile Selections
Cabinetry finish/colour/style/hardware choices
Lighting
Paint colours for walls, ceiling & trim
Plumbing Fixtures such as faucets, sinks, tubs & shower controls
3- 3D Rendering and Design Package
Package pricing available
Is often used for an entire home, main floor or basement renovation. Includes:
Professional Power Point Presentation
Cabinetry or Design elements
Layout options
Floor plans, 3D views and tours
Full Scope of Work for the Renovation
Once the presentation is approved, I implement the design by placing orders, tracking delivery and arranging deliveries. Billed hourly.
