Project: Custom Home Build Welcome to our latest custom home project in sunny Tampa Bay, Florida!Collaborating with the client’s builder and architect, we brought their Spanish Revival inspired dream home to life. The interiors reflect their personality with a bold black-and-white palette that exudes luxury, sophistication, and warmth.To complete the space, we designed bespoke paintings that play off the dominant black tones, adding rich texture and a personal touch, quickly becoming a conversation piece.We’re proud to have guided them through this exciting journey, crafting their forever home.

We selected the Sahara Noir Extra in a hammered brushed finish from Laminam, and used it everywhere for this house renovation! We wanted a consitant, bold and cohesive look from the kitchen to family room to the basement bar, right outside to the bar by pool!

Why? The durability of a high end porcelain with the look of an exotic stone. “Nuff said”

Our goal was to redesign their small kitchen so that it made a statement while seamlessly connecting to the new family room entertainment wall / bar / office space. To complement all that power, we crafted a sofa with soft, elegant fabric in warm tones and leather accents.

And yes, it transforms from a powered reclining chaise lounge to a cozy, extra-deep sofa! 😊🥂
