New Home
1.5 Million mansion
Almost 2000 square foot Basement Installation of 6 foot long Hydrogen 7 vinyl click from Biyork.
Plus leveling the basement.
2 days spent just grinding the concrete and making it level and smooth.
The builder actually fired the concrete guys they did 2 homes and messed them up so bad the regular company wasn't available at the time of pouring. Schedules have to be kept.
In the end Builder relieved and customer was so happy they ended up doing a runner on the stairs.

Installation of vinyl click in a basement.
This was a good one as you can see from the pics. This floor rolled up and down like an ocean 4 coats of floor leveler in the end it was as smooth and level as as sheet of glass.

This one we had 3 different heights of floors.
So we put a base leveled down first using Ardex floor patch. Then installed new ¼ inch plywood throughout so the customer had no transitions anywhere.

Repair
Customer called asking if I could install a bedroom in vinyl plank. Also could I have a look at her hallway something didn't seem right it was only installed just over a year ago.
Customer can no longer get ahold original installer.
What he had did was just went over anything and everything with the new product.
He went over nails sticking up rubber underpad from carpet the floor was severely unlevel. So scraped all the rubber of cleaned it all and made it level and as smooth as glass.
Reinstalled new planks same color as it tied into livingroom and main hallway and kitchen.
Customer is so very happy.
