Home Consultation-- Our in-person consultation services will provide you with a detailed checklist to assist you with all the details required to get your home ready to sell. We provide a room by room walk through, providing you with a detailed 19 page report. We offer E-staging included with our consultation package. We will follow up with you via FaceTime, Video Chat, Wechat, email and phone. Showcasing--We will transform the residence by using existing furniture and accessories with some of our personal touch ranging from decor to accent pieces from our vast inventory. Vacant and Occupied Home Staging--Have an empty home? Our team will work with you to furnish your vacant home using modern and stylish furniture to accompany our accessories to create a warm, home feeling
Occupied home may also benefit from some additional furniture combined with our accessories. Showcasing with Realtors Inventory--If you were a realtor who has your own inventory, we can help too! We will use your existing inventory to create and transform your clients' homes. Re-design and home space planning and organizing--Tired of your homes look? Outdated and bland? With our redesign program, we will bring your home style and sophistication that will have your friends and family talking. We assist with everything from furniture choices to colour consultations to ensure everything is coordinated. We also provide space planning by reorganising the layout of your home.
