Taking some inspiration from our friends at Enviropure Home we’re looking at how they handle their carpet cleaning process:

1. Start with the pretreatment. This makes difficult stains, grease, and filth simpler to remove during the actual cleaning process
2. Removal of Spots and stains. Approach each stain meticulously, using the proper chemicals and occasionally lightly agitating the spot to lift it without harming the carpet fibres.
3. Rinsing. This step is essential to remove any lingering debris and cleaning agent, leaving the carpet clean and residue-free.
4. Drying. To avoid potential health problems and preserve the integrity of the carpet, it’s crucial to dry the carpets completely.
5. Post Inspection. A post-cleaning check is done once the carpet is fully dry. Professionals inspect the areas after cleaning them to check for any lingering stains, marks, or other problems.

National Floor Care isn’t afraid of any ghosts, ghouls, or grimy mess. With Halloween just a few short days away, we want to give you a quick guide to ensure that your entryway is ready to receive all the trick-or-treaters!

🎃 Sweep those Steps! - Make sure the path is clear and steps are free of debris
🎃 Mix 1 part hot water with 2 parts dish soap, and pour the solution over the steps
🎃 Scrub the steps with a bristle brush to get the deep dirt out. (Don’t use metal bristles, it can scratch)
🎃 Rinse the area with hot water - You may need to do this a few times)

Now your entryway is clean and ready to receive all the wonderful trick-or-treaters!
