The June Artists' Social will be held on Thursday June 18 from 6:30 to 8:30pm

Come to share, to chat, to brainstorm, or just to be around fellow makers. All mediums and experience levels welcome. These sessions are all about building relationships within our creative community—meeting new artists, talking shop, swapping ideas, and simply spending time with people who get it.

This is a relaxed potluck-style get-together where you’re encouraged to bring an appetizer or dessert to share, along with your own drink, plate, and cutlery.

We are looking for your help! Do you have any gently used art supplies you'd like to donate so that you have room for new, exciting ones?

On Saturday June 20, from 10am to 12pm we will be hosting an event to help support Artcures Grey Bruce in their journey to make art accessible to all. Drop off any of your gently used art supplies to our Heritage Place location before June 19 and we'll include them in a Used Art Supply Sale. All proceeds from the sale will go directly toward supporting community art projects organized by Artcures.

We can’t wait to see what creative treasures find new homes!

The upcoming "Warhammer Paint in Community" events for June are Saturday June 6 (rescheduled from June 13) and Saturday June 27 from 6 to 8:30.

Looking to get an army painted? Drowning in a “grey tide” of unpainted minis? Or just want some painting buddies? Our free Community Paint Night is the perfect place to meet fellow hobbyists and get creative with paint on plastic.

Bring your own miniatures, paints, and brushes.

Retail section open if you need paints, brushes, or a new project.
Plenty of table space, chairs, paper towels, water cups, and a wash station.
A relaxed, social atmosphere.
A friendly, supportive group of painters of all experience levels.

This session gives you the space to paint alongside fellow creatives, share tips, exchange feedback, and leave with real progress you can be proud of.

This is a workshop for parents, caregivers and educators of young children. You’ll learn how art builds fine motor skills, communication, problem-solving, and social-emotional growth, along with simple ways to support learning. Explore how art supports early childhood development and how to create a space where kiddos can experiment with a variety of materials.

We have three encaustic workshops for the month of June!

Join Amelia for our intro class Sunday June 7 - 11am to 4pm. Our two advanced classes are Monday June 9 from 10am to 3pm, or Sunday June 14 11am to 4pm. All materials provided.

The cost for each workshop is $125.

We had a lot of fun making funny faces!

During our last PD Day community event there were some great faces made and they hung in our studio window. Most of them have headed to their forever homes but these 3 are still here. If one of them belongs to one of your kiddos and they would like to pick them up they'll be in the studio for the next 14 days. Hurry in so they get home safely.
