I enjoy sharing knowledge about eating healthy and believe it starts by getting back into the kitchen, just like when we were growing up, in our grandparents, and parents kitchens. I also believe that we don't have to sacrifice time or money to make this happen. My goal is to help others learn which methods, foods and flavours will help them to enjoy eating healthy, make homemade meals and obtain
their optimal wellness, especially our "children", and lean away from processed foods.
