This is quite overdue, and in truth, I wanted to make the perfect post for this award.

But I decided to just be myself for a minute;

I want to thank the town of Petawawa, the customers, the staff here, the container market and my family/workers that have helped me realize a dream.

I started cooking at a very young age, went to college for it, and kept on going with it. I gained a lot of knowledge between working locally around here and in the city.

And when the time was right, I decided to open my own Food Truck, Hot Stove, named after close friends hangout who is dear to our family.

And it’s been a treat being able to make people happy, to feed people quality food, and to hear the kindness and support that comes with it.

Not only was I able to work and grind for my own food truck, but now to be recognized and awarded; it’s been something else, and it’s an amazing feeling.

I hope to keep serving the town of Petawawa in the summers to come, and bringing joy through food.

With that being said, thank you to everyone who has supported me. Thank you to the Upper Ottawa Valley Chamber of Commerce , Petawawa Container Market and others.

Hope everyone is having a great week so far, and is excited as I am for this coming weekend!

So if you’re feeling like changing up your regular poutines gravy to turkey gravy, just ask!

Available as a Small, Side or Large.
