Omgoodness… where do I even begin?! 🥹❤️

This morning I woke up to an email from Community Votes Peterborough, and of course I had to immediately log in to check the results for Best Caterer in Peterborough. The anticipation was REAL, wondering if Spoonfully Delicious had been chosen.

Well… because of all of YOU, your support, encouragement, belief in me, my company, and the love I pour into every single meal, Spoonfully Delicious was awarded GOLD! 🏆✨

I truly cannot put into words how much this means to me. Cooking has always been my passion and my happy place. Every dish I create is carefully crafted, homemade from scratch, and made with so much love ❤️

To everyone who voted, supported, shared my business, ordered meals, and cheered me on along the way, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I am beyond proud of this achievement and so excited to see what the future holds for Spoonfully Delicious!

Today’s homemade creation:
✨ Gluten-free & lactose-free chicken pot pie ✨

Made with a flaky homemade crust, creamy dairy-free filling, tender chicken, and loaded with veggies. Comfort food doesn’t have to mean missing out, this pie is packed with flavour while still being allergy-friendly!

There’s something so rewarding about making everything from the dough to the final golden crust completely homemade. 🥰

One of the things I truly enjoy doing is catering. It brings me so much happiness to cook for others and share food made with love. ❤️

Each month I have the pleasure of catering a meeting for a wonderful group of 4–10 ladies, and today’s menu was a delicious one!

🥐 Fresh croissants filled with cheese, crisp lettuce, honey ham, and finished with just a hint of bold mustard
🥗 Veggie pasta salad
🥗 Classic Caesar salad
🍰 And for dessert — a homemade applesauce cake topped with my homemade cinnamon cream cheese icing

Moments like this remind me how grateful I am to do something I’m truly passionate about.

There’s something so comforting about a big pot of homemade soup simmering on the stove. 🍲❤️

Today I made a hearty vegetable quinoa soup using simple ingredients and whatever veggies I had on hand. Cooking on a budget doesn’t mean sacrificing flavor or nutrition — sometimes the best meals come from a little creativity and a full pot.

Loaded with vegetables, wholesome quinoa, and lots of herbs, this soup is warm, filling, and made with love. It’s the kind of meal that stretches for a few days, feeds the family, and reminds me why I love cooking so much.

Good food doesn’t have to be expensive — it just has to be made with heart. 💛

This Friday I’m hosting dinner at my place and decided it was the perfect excuse to try something new 🤩

We’ll be pairing it with Caesar salad and garlic toast, and let me tell you… this one is a show-stopper.
