How do I place an order with Kelly's Creations? Please send a message to our Facebook or Instagram page to inquire ab
out a customized order. Due to the custom design of each item, prices vary significantly however we can give you an estimate once we know what you're looking for. A mock up of your design will be sent to you for approval. Once approved, you will be sent an invoice for payment. Once payment has been received, production will begin on your order. All products are made to order, but on occasion we do have some ready made items on hand which will be listed in the "Shop" section of this page. What is your current turn around time? Our current production time is 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity and size of the order. This does not include shipping time (please allow an additional 5-10 business days for shipping). Please know that orders are processed in sequence and we do our best to ensure they are all completed in a timely manner. I am currently a new mom on maternity leave so please bare with me as I'm getting the hang of multitasking between an infant and daily activities. Where are you located? Kelly's Creations is a home-based business based out of Pickering Ontario where local pick up is available in the Westshore Area. We currently ship items across Canada and the US. Do you keep items in stock? The majority of the products you see posted are custom designs which have been created for a customer. Blank tumblers are kept in stock in limited quantities to create your design but please keep in mind that each item is handmade, there is no guarantee that two tumblers will be the exact same. What methods of payment do you accept? I accept online payment via PayPal, etransfer or Square. If we are meeting in person, you are still able to pay through one of these methods or cash. I do not have change on hand when meeting so please try to have an exact amount. Ig you choose to pay with PayPal you do not need to have a PayPal account. I will send you an invoice via e-mail and you can check out as a guest with any major credit cards. I do not see or have access to your credit card information at any point. If your order is custom or personalized I will not start processing until payment has been received. Large orders of 6 tumblers or more require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit with the balance due prior to the final sealant coat being applied. If you do not pick up your items or arrange for shipping within 30 days of completion you forfeit any rights to the item and to any deposit or payment. Unfortunately I do not have the space to store completed items. Do you create products using provided materials? We prefer not to use provided materials as we cannot guarantee the quality of the item or how it will hold up during the production process. Please send us a message and we can discuss whether your item can be personalized. Do you offer discounts on “bulk” orders? Yes we offer discounts on orders of 6 or more of the SAME ITEM (ie., same shirt decal on different size shirts or same glitter colours and decal). Please message the page for further details. Some restrictions apply. Do you offer shipping? Kelly’s Creations is proud to ship across Canada and the United States. All items can be shipped at the buyer’s expense. Processing and shipping times depend on the item, please contact me for more information and a shipping quote (your postal code or zip code will be required). Rush shipping is available at a higher rate. Items will be shipped to the address you provide. Please ensure that this is correct. If paying via PayPal, the address on file will be used so please ensure this is correct. Items cannot be redirected once sent and we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. For items that are sent through the post office and marked delivered but were not received, it is your responsibility to: contact your post office and have them check the GPS coordinates on the delivery. If this does not match your house it is up to you to work this out with the post office. If the coordinated match your address but you still claim you never received the item, a police report must be filed before I remake the item, shipping must be paid again. It is at the shop owner’s discretion at the cost of a replacement item. We do our best to ensure orders are properly packaged but incidents do happen. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any damages or delays due to shipping. Please know that shipping damages are very rare and should they result, Canada Post provides $100 Liability Coverage. I need an order quickly, can you rush it? Rush orders are available upon request at an additional cost. Please message for further details. Keep in mind that the tumblers with sealed decals take a minimum of 1 week to make in order to ensure the item is properly cured. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of most products, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges or provide refunds. If your item is faulty, I will happily do my best to remedy the situation, but damage due to improper use or call will not be refunded. I advise you to follow the included care instructions thoroughly. Tumblers are fragile and require to be handled with care (handwash only with gentle soap, not microwave safe, do not leave out in extreme temperatures, do not drop_.
