I apologize for the lack of updates or posts or anything really, but my past year has not allowed for me to be able to consistently run my business.

I am slightly re-routing, getting my ducks back in a row and will have everything sorted again.
As soon as I have that done, you will know and there will be more delicious things!!

I got a request for a New York style cheesecake for a birthday, and learned that chocolate writing is harder than it looks!! Something for me to practice :)

Today in honor of Blackberryfest, (I am not in it, just a buildup!!), I have made individual blackberry cheesecakes!!
They are at Rocky Mountain Pizza & Bakery, 4471 Marine, in the sandwich cooler!!
Grab some lunch and dessert!!

I have 3 GF, celiac friendly cheesecakes there as well.

$7/each for the regular, $8/each for GF
