Well my friends, the timing is not ideal, but I am breaking up with social media for a few days. Between the Cornell 57, a 14 year old child r***d by her father, impregnated, forced to give birth on the side of the road, leaving her baby to die, and then accused of murder, a 23 year old mom with an 8 month baby pushed off a 15th floor balcony by a violent ex, and all of the Felon 47 absolutely terrifying actions being taken by him and his administration (public execution...really???), my heart cannot take any more. It seems unavoidable no matter how many times i google fuzzy kittens and cute puppies. It's always there, in my feed, constantly bombarding my brain. See you in a few days.

I bought this Zenana sweater at Madison Ave Fashions last week. I'm obsessed. I wanted something cozy because the weather has turned cold and it just seemed like a good piece. Well, the charcoal is such a rich hue, the fabric is buttery soft, it washes amazing, and it is the epitome of comfy cozy. It has a modern "rough edge" style. The cut is perfect with enough room not to cling, but you could easily belt it for a more tailored look. My only regret is that it only came in 2 colors 🤦‍♀️

Sponsor cookie options online or in person at our booth and submit a name for nomination at any event from Oct 9th to Dec 10th. For every $25 contributed, we'll randomly select a nomination to receive a Holiday cookie package! The more our community contributes, the more recipients we can support!

Nominations are completely FREE! They will close Dec 10th to ensure we can get all that baking and decorating done for the recipients before the Holidays! Nominees will be selected Dec 11th and the total number of cookie packages funded will be announced Dec 12th.

Can we talk? This season is full of pressure to spend money that some people cannot afford these days. Prince George is suffering a bit, along with our outlying communities. With that in mind, I strongly urge people to attend artisan markets, shop local, and you will be surprised at what you find. Gift giving does not have to be expensive. Myself, as well as other artisans I've spoken to, are aware of the times we are in but cannot give up our craft. For that reason, many of us are focused on less expensive products. Approximately 85% of every custom made, one of a kind item I display from now until Christmas will be $10 or less.
