I put this newly ReVived vintage piece in the window yesterday and she found her home today. I painted it in Fusion Mine...

I put this newly ReVived vintage piece in the window yesterday and she found her home today.

I painted it in Fusion Mineral paint “Oakham”, lightly distressed the edges and finished it with antique brown beeswax to add age to the color

I refinished the original wood pieces using our “Cappuccino” stain & finishing oil, then cleaned the new-to-this piece antique hardware, that I had in my stash, with h**p oil. This cleans, and polishes them but keeps their naturally aged patina. They were absolutely perfect for this piece.

To finish it off.. lined the drawers in pretty paper.. of course.

I chose to keep the 100 year old, original mirror because the lightly spotted and fading mercury was kinda gorgeous, but didn’t impede the functionality of still being able to use it.

Always grateful when my work finds its perfect home. 🫶🏻
