We create one of a kind furniture and refinishes from our studio in Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island. From modern and clean, to rustic and vintage, hand painted detail or just simple and classic, these pieces can function in their everyday purpose while being enjoyed for years to come. We also proudly retail our favorite paint and products. FAT Artisan Chalk Style Paint, Miss Mustard Seed's Milk Paint and FUSION Mineral Acrylic Paint. We carry a wide range of hardware, brushes, wallpaper as well as other recycled-upcycled pieces from local artists. Jewelry, home decor, and accessories. I’m the girl that says a sincere “thank you” to my washing machine at the end of laundry day. Every night as I’m walking out the door of the shop I yell “thank you shop” regardless of that days sales. I’m abundantly grateful for so much in my life everyday.

Today, I want to say thank you to you. For supporting my passion driven, family owned & operated small business. We’re here because you continue to make time to support us. You continue to choose to shop with us. You inspire and encourage us, and my family is everyday grateful for all of it.. so truly and sincerely thank you and Happiest Thanksgiving my friends!

I KNOW! I’m sorry! I didn’t share I had a matching pair because I was trying to keep 1 for myself… but damn, it didn’t work out at my house.

I’m happy though. They actually went to the same house, merely a few days apart, saving me years of mild guilt for separating them!

Vintage chairs. 😍 Pieces of art really…that fit perfectly in any room

These 2 needed all the love! Once I started upholstering, it was clear that they were kinda gross, so I cleaned and cleared right down to their bare wood. Then, new foam, batting and of course fabric! (Thanks Mom!)

The pattern and colors of the fabrics were carefully chosen to compliment one another. They can work together in the same space or they can go all on their own. I also love how 1 is timeless and classic, and the other has a very subtle quirkiness with a very subtle solar system design. The tiny Saturns makes me smile every-single-time.

Both are now available now on the shop floor

P.S: for the color, we mixed Fusion’s “Tapestry” and “Algonquin” together.. just free pouring until we like it!

After a custom bedroom set, painted in pure white, I snuck in this piece and chose color - with a few beautiful accent shades on the back panel. I also added decorative metal trim on the base (LOVE), distressed it, glazed it- it’s all about creative balance.

This sweet little -solid wood- bookcase is now available on the shop floor!
