Okay, I know, mid summer, but I could not help being inspired by Marlene’s finished object. Summer tide by Isabelle Kraemer and all the possibilities. I cast on using Noble cotton in burnt orange to wear on warmer fall day and then with layers. If you have wanted to do a garment and haven’t yet call in to either store for yarn support and advice

We are starting our classes off with a Toe Up sock class in Nanaimo with Cate. Wednesday 19th August 5.30 to 7.30pm and Wednesday 2nd September 5.30 to 7pm. Cost $75 plus tax. Included is choice of evolution sock, pattern and tuition. Ring or call into store to book.

The holiday week is drawing to an end and I will be finished this wip tonight as well. The patter Spector by Joji Locatelli has been in my library for some time. I had dreamed of making a fade sweater. Started it last year and then put it away to start the winter sweaters. I used various yarns from stash, some hand dyed by Rosehill Yarns. Decided to do short sleeves, maybe long sleeves next time. ♥️🧶
