-I am an artist, wife of a surfer/board shaper, and mother of two boys. My family and I moved to Vancouver Island from the mainland in 2007. My love of the ocean, its amazing coastlines, and the rest of God’s beautiful creation on Vancouver Island, is the inspiration for my paintings. I enjoy working with vibrant colours blending in curves to portray the essence of each piece.

He has been sharing the intricate lives of bears with visitors from around the world for over a decade having spent thousands of hours observing grizzly bears, black bears, and polar bears in a non-intrusive way.

Academy of Music and Art - Els and Michael Schutte are famous on the Island about their original creations. Els is well known about her beautiful 3D cards and other amazing ornaments. Michael is known through his TV show Painting the Island on Rogers Television and makes stunning paintings from Animals and Westcoast scenes.
