Another commission project finished, and though it took WAY too long (pregnancy and five months of sickness really threw a wrench into my plans), I was very happy to send this two piece hutch along with a matching table and chairs back home to its owner! 🙌🏻

This furniture set was an heirloom, which made me a little nervous - I won’t lie. But it was nice to take these heavy oak pieces and give them new life for their new family. For both the table and the hutch, I sanded and stained the tops with matching dark stain, and finished the rest off with Behr Dynasty paint. The table legs got a lovely coat of white paint too and the chairs transformed from oak to white as well.

Added new handles and refinished hinges to the hutch to give it that farmhouse vibe. Love how it all came together!

Refinished these two oak side tables recently for a client. Sanded down the tops and applied a lovely coat of stain & then a creamy white paint on the base of each to complete the look! Really happy with how these twin tables turned out! 🥰👏🏻

Saw this idea for refinishing chairs on a DIY website and while selling a table to a client I met on marketplace, she also wanted two chairs to match…and here they are! I had already spray painted the bottom gold of these two chairs gold, so taped off where I wanted the white and got this look! I love it! 😍

Love the way my friend Heidi styled these two chunky wood shelves with industrial black pipe “brackets”. These were a great find, and I spray-painted the piping black to modernize the formerly-silver hardware. I knew someone would love these and they fit this space perfectly!! 😍

Finished this custom redesigned vintage bankers table for my Mom & Dad. My Nana (my Dad’s mom) used this during her years working in the bank and it’s been passed down - a sturdy, beautiful piece that has been in my parents home for years. After sanding down the top to the natural wood, I stained it a modern dark colour and painted the base a creamy white to match the cabinets in my parents kitchen, where this beautiful little table stands nearby and serves as a catch all for the things we all need every day - keys, pens, wallets and of course a bouquet of flowers 🥰 Also spray painted the original handle a satin black to update it while maintaining a bit of that vintage vibe!

Here’s a fun before and after of a table I refinished. The brown coffee table - while structurally beautiful - is too heavy looking for the space (top photo). I added light paint with warm grey undertones and love how it looks now (bottom photo). It brightens the space beautifully! It’s so fun to see how these updates look in your homes😍 Thanks to this client for sharing her photos with me!

A mutual friend came to me with a Facebook marketplace purchase that wasn’t exactly as described. Finding out that she wasn’t able to sand/stain it as she had hoped, she asked me to refinish it for her! What started out as a dark, heavy coffee table for her outdoor patio is now a bright cheerful piece with a weather-friendly coating! I used a very muted gray to match her patio cushions. 💕
