🔥 BOB’S BBQ BOUNTY – PUSHING THE LIMIT 🔥
Well… we did it.
104 pounds of pork butt. 12 butts total. All loaded onto the GMG Peak. 🐖🔥
Was it tight?�Yep.�Did we have some rubbing?�Also yep. 😅
But sometimes in BBQ, you’ve just gotta make it work.
Running low and slow overnight at 200°F, letting that smoke do its thing before bumping temps in the morning. Smaller butts up top, bigger ones down low — now we let time, smoke, and patience do the heavy lifting.
This might be the most pork we’ve ever packed into one smoker, and honestly… it feels like a proper stress test for the setup.
