Bring on the fall weddings! 🍂🤎

I have the next three weeks off from weddings, which is going to feel so weird after such a busy summer, but honestly, I’m looking forward to the little reset. A surprise mini vacay from my husband, a girls’ weekend next week, and then celebrating a family wedding over the September long weekend. 🥂💕

Then it’s back to the flowers, but this time with golden hour, fall colours, cozy vibes and all the autumn magic. 🍁✨

There’s been a lot of “WOW, you’ve been killing it!” lately.

“You are SO busy!”
“How do you do it all?”
“Working full time, volunteering, Petal & Blüm… how do you keep up?!”

And honestly… thank you. 🥹🤍 It means more than you know.

But let’s keep it real for a minute.

Me “killing it” also looks like my house looking like a bomb went off. 😂 Laundry piled high, dishes waiting to be done, and a to-do list that somehow keeps getting longer.

Social media shows a lot of the pretty stuff.

The flowers. 🌸
The weddings.
The workshops.
The happy clients.
The exciting things happening with Petal & Blüm.

But there’s a messy middle too.

The late nights. The exhaustion. The days where you feel like you accomplished a million things and somehow still didn’t do enough.

So here’s your reminder from Petal & Blüm:

You can be killing it and still not have it all together 🤍

To all the busy bees working, building, volunteering, raising families, chasing dreams, and trying to keep up…

You’re doing better than you think you are.

Your house doesn’t have to be spotless. Your laundry doesn’t have to be folded. Your life doesn’t have to look perfect.

Having it all together is highly overrated. 🌸

🎄 A LITTLE CHRISTMAS TRADITION THAT HAS GROWN… ❤️

When Jeff and I first started dating, one of our little Christmas traditions was to pick out a girl’s toy and a boy’s toy and donate them to the Christmas Bureau.

It was something small, but it was important to us. We wanted to make sure that, in our own little way, we could help make Christmas a little brighter for another family.

Over the years, that tradition has grown and changed. We’ve supported different charities and organizations throughout our community, each one helping people in different ways. ❤️

When I started Petal & Blüm, I knew I wanted to bring that same spirit of giving into my business.

So every November and December, 10% of my Christmas sales is donated to a local charity. 🎄

And this year, I want to let YOU help me choose where that donation goes!

I’d love to hear from you. Who is a local charity or organization that you think deserves some extra love this Christmas?

It could support children, families, seniors, animals, our community, or anyone who could use a little extra help this holiday season.
