Phrase to Remember: Collaborate to Compete!

This is not a battle to the bottom. Raise the bar and we all win. Thankful for the installers who attended. There were installers from outside stores welcomed with open arms.

Knowledge is to be shared. Our trade is raising the bar and we want our installers to be top knotch.

They are doubling down as registered Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) Apprentices earning credits towards graduating AND working towards their Red Seal in Floorcovering.

They keep us motivated to do better and push for a better future for their careers in our trade ๐Ÿ™Œ Could not have asked for a better match with our company than these two.

There's a certain satisfaction in completely revamping these spaces. Sure, laying Marmoleum can be a bit of a puzzle, but seeing the final results makes every effort worthwhile.
