Delivering consistency across a multi-tenant commercial property requires careful planning and coordination.

At South Broad Plaza, Vanguard Specialty Products supplied and installed 232 custom roller shades across the North Tower, South Tower, lobby, and shared spaces. To minimize disruption, the installation was completed in four carefully coordinated phases around tenant schedules.

The 3% screen fabric helps reduce glare and solar heat gain while maintaining natural light and exterior views. The completed system provides improved comfort, easier property management, and a clean, unified appearance throughout the complex.

At the Boundary Trails Health Centre CSB Building, Vanguard supplied and installed 122 window coverings across multiple floors. The package combined practical wand-operated blinds with motorized shades connected to the building’s operating systems.

Sun sensors allow the automated shades to respond to changing daylight conditions, helping reduce glare and heat gain while supporting comfort for patients, staff, and visitors.
