As a Hunter Douglas representative, Lisa was helping me with a blind which needed to be replaced. Lisa worked on the process with Hunter Douglas immediately and within a couple of days, she was able to confirm that my blind(s) would be replaced. The blinds arrived in Regina at the anticipated date and Lisa offered an appointment to get them installed the next day. Adam, the installation professional was also awesome! He carried out the job demonstrating pride in his work. He arrived on time and worked efficiently. He put down protective padding on which to place the boxes of blinds and his tools to protect the floors. He removed his shoes at the door. The installation job was perfect. He was a most pleasant professional to have working in my home. I highly recommend Superblinds & Draperies of Regina and Lisa for window covering needs. ~ Lorraine S.
