Good afternoon Yarn Friends. Thank you for all your love and support. We have decided to make a permanent change to our hours. We are going to revert to our original hours with being closed on Sunday and Monday. We are still open for late night gathering and shopping from 6pm to 8pm on Thursday nights.
During the months of November and December we will extend our hours to be open Mondays for 'holiday hours'.
Thank you everyone for your patience and we figure out what hours work best for the shop and staff.

Good day All!

The long awaited volunteer callout for the 2026 Fibre Festival is finally here! This year we have created a Form to facilitate the planning and organization of volunteering scheduling.

Details for this years Festival:
Dates: 23-24 Oct, 2026
Location: Bunge International Trade Center, Hall A
Address: 1700 Elphinstone St, Regina, SK S4P 2Z6

Timings:
Friday, 23 Oct:
08h30 - Initial volunteer set-up (taping and ID'ing stalls, tables and chairs)
10h00 - 16h00: Set-up for vendors. Vehicles must be out no later than 15h30.
15h45: Evening volunteer meeting
16h00 - 20h00: Friday evening show
20h30: Venue closed for the evening

Saturday, 24 Oct:
08h00 - 10h00: Set-up for vendors. Vehicles must be out no later than 09h30.
09h45: Volunteer briefing
10h00 - 16h00: open for shopping
Venue must be vacated no later than 18h00

Please complete this form with your interest and availability for volunteering this year and we will start creating our schedule. Preference will be first come first serve, and we look forward to having your on our 2026 Volunteer Team.

We are all set up at District Fest on Dewdney between Alberts St and Winnipeg. There are vendors, music, food trucks and performers. Come check us out today. We have Sven yarn, Ice Cream yarn and Rider yarn.

Good afternoon Yarn Friends. I am super excited to be a part of the 1st District Fest in Regina. There will be vendors down Dewdney Ave with food trucks and entertainment in the Yards. Be sure to come by and say hi.

Happy Labour Day Yarn Friends. This is the last Monday we are closed before switching to our Fall hours. Starting Sept 14th the shop will once again be open Mondays from 10am to 5pm. Darla is looking forward to seeing you all again.

New batch of 13th Man and Bubblegum and enjoying the sun. Got my new shipment of bases this week so dyeing up a storm. I have been thinking of making a Blue Bomber color called Boo Bombers. Thoughts????
