A little note from Rachel’s Twigs and Berries ❤️
Going forward, I will no longer be able to complete custom orders without payment in advance.
Custom work takes time. It often includes creating artwork, editing photos or designs, making changes, and sending examples back and forth until everything is just right. Once you have approved the artwork, I consider that the same commitment as purchasing the finished item.
If you are genuinely interested in having something custom made, that is amazing, and I appreciate you beyond measure. I absolutely love creating special, meaningful pieces for you.
I do ask, though, that if you are only thinking about an idea and aren't quite ready to order, please keep in mind that creating samples and artwork can sometimes take an hour or more. When I spend that time creating something and then never hear back, that is time I could have spent working on another customer's confirmed order.
So when you reach out and ask me to create something especially for you, please understand that I am putting real time, care and creativity into bringing your idea to life. ❤️
Let’s continue to be kind and respectful of one another’s time, and once we have created and approved your special design, please follow through with your order.

Just a little fyi , to anyone who would like to Honor a loss of a furry family member by displaying their collar in a way that honors them on a collar holder. I offer these custom with a photo of your pet . The collar depending on the size may have to be tacked in the back with double sided tape. $21.00 and they would look beautiful displayed on a plate stand or in a shadow box.
