Located in a renovated historic building in a heritage-rich small town, this rental proves that thoughtful design doesn’t require a large budget.

Although temporary, the space still needed to feel warm and inviting. Through intentional selections and a restrained approach, we created a cozy, comfortable home — simple, functional, and budget-conscious.

This fabric is produced in Turkey and is frequently out of stock. My client and I waited patiently for months—so long that we were mentally exhausted—yet we still held onto hope and stayed firm: it had to be this one, no substitutions.

In the end, it truly rewarded our wait. Warm, soft, and beautifully draped—just like your gentle touch.
