12mm premium laminate for just $1.25/sq. ft. 😳 Yes, really.

Thicker planks mean a more solid, quieter feel underfoot. It's the kind of floor that looks and feels high-end without the high-end price.

Pick your shade:
☕ Latte: warm & natural
🪨 Pearl: cool modern grey

We just finished a full townhouse in Burnaby in Latte, and it turned out beautiful. 🏡

Your office floor is the first thing clients walk on. Make it count. 👀

We just finished this office space with premium carpet tiles, and here's why more businesses are making the switch:

✅ Define work zones without building walls
✅ Quieter rooms, better focus
✅ One tile gets damaged? Replace just that tile, not the whole floor
✅ Durable, modern, and custom-fitted to every corner

Upgrading your commercial or office space? We handle it from start to finish.

From bare concrete to warm, beautiful floors ✨

This home started with the old flooring torn out and the subfloor stripped back. Before a single plank went down, we prepped it properly, because floor prep is everything. A smooth, level base is what makes a new floor look great and last for years.

The result? Rich, warm tones that brighten up the whole space, with seamless transitions from room to room. Durable, easy to clean, and made for high-traffic areas.

✅✅✅
Commercial renovation update — flooring installation completed with a combination of glue-down vinyl and carpet tile, designed to meet both performance and aesthetic requirements in a high-traffic commercial space in Vancouver,.

The glue-down vinyl flooring provides a durable, waterproof surface ideal for heavy commercial use, offers excellent resistance to moisture and wear. It is also low maintenance, making it a practical long-term solution for busy environments.

Carpet tile was installed in designated areas to improve acoustic performance and comfort. Its modular format allows for easy replacement of individual tiles in case of damage, reducing long-term maintenance costs. It also offers design flexibility, enabling pattern variation and zoning within open commercial layouts.

Together, this hybrid flooring system balances durability, functionality, and visual warmth — well suited for modern commercial interiors.
