Orders: For regular items that are on our site we require a 50% deposit due at time of order.

You will receive a photo of the finished product before it is sealed, it is then, once you give the approval to seal that final payment is due. Custom orders require full payment at time of order. These orders are ones that have your name or personal information , for example the grandparents sign. e the wood benches/chairs if you are requesting an alteration to size. You will receive an image of the final product for approval before it is sealed. Deposits are non-refundable. There are no returns on custom orders, with that said, we will go above and beyond to work with you if you are unhappy with the product made and a remake of the product or a store credit will be given. Delivery is free to the towns of Russell and Embrun. If you live outside of Russell and Embrun a minimum of $10 delivery fee will be charged. For larger items that need delivered, assistance may be needed to offload the product. If you are requiring delivery the balance owing and delivery fee must be paid prior to delivery
