Yeah, sometimes our quotes are scary.
We break everything down: material, installation, removal, floor prep, adhesive, furniture moving, toilet removal… all of it.
And sometimes that means the number at the bottom is higher than the other quote sitting in your inbox. We know.
But we’re still going to quote it this way because we want you to understand what your flooring project actually involves before it starts, not find out midway through when the change orders start rolling in.
That doesn’t mean you have to do every part through us. We work with clients all the time who handle their own removal, move their own furniture, hire someone else for certain pieces, or adjust the scope to make the project more cost effective.
Our job is to give you the full picture first.
Because a lower quote isn’t always a lower final price. 👀
