Colleen travels extensively and finds inspiration from the many exotic locales she visits. The tranquility of a Japanese garden, the desolate ruggedness of the Jordanian desert or the understated elegance of the Parisian women are all reflected in her designs. Having lived in Western Canada all of her life, a major influence continues to be the astounding beauty of the ever-changing prairie land and sky.
