Today’s Farmstand offerings.
90% organic aged cheddar & herb scones with sprouted spelt flour.
I made 2 batches ~ one with 100% Sprouted spelt flour which has a very earthy and rustic texture & flavour. These would be perfect with a bowl of your favourite soup or garden tomato and slice of cheese.
We also did a batch with 2/3 organic flour & 1/2 sprouted spelt for a less rustic but equally delicious flavour profile.
We are working on a huge batch of Okanagan Peach & Raspberry preserve made with natural citrus pectin & organic honey & were going to create a beautiful pinwheel cookie with that preserve for the stand tomorrow. Yum 😋
