✨ Vendor Applications Update ✨

We are beyond grateful for the incredible support and interest in this year’s Light & Lumber Rustic Market! 🤍🪵

At this time, our market is officially 100% SOLD OUT for vendor spaces! The response this year has truly been amazing, and we cannot thank everyone enough for wanting to be part of our little rustic community.

That being said, we are still encouraging vendors to continue submitting applications! We do keep active waitlists for each vendor category, and a spot may become available as plans change closer to the event date.

So if you’ve been thinking about applying, don’t let the “sold out” sign stop you just yet! Your application could still lead to an opportunity if a space opens within your category!

We are still looking for 2 food truck vendors!

With Callie’s First Heavenly Birthday Fast Approaching, I am wanting to offer turtle keychains free of charge, I will mail them to you.

I have also received a new shipment of books!
If anyone would like any please let me know!

Books are $20 and a portion from every book goes to Empty Arms & our new mission to have a loss room named after Callie in the New Victoria Hospital!

You can also help sponsor a family a well by purchasing a book, and it’ll be donated to Victoria Hospital or Empty Arms in addition to the books I will be personally donating.

You guys are blowing me away with all the submissions! We have nearly 100 applicants! 😮 although I’d so love to accept each and everyone of you I will have to waitlist some vendors! With that being said I’ve considered closing our application period, I had full intentions of keep it open right till end of March but with the applications that are coming in and having to send the dreaded waitlist email truly breaks my heart. I am going to leave the application period open for the remainder of February for other vendors to have the opportunity to apply.

Vendors will be notified between April 1st-5th (or earlier if we decide to close the application process!)

So if you or another vendor have yet to apply, please do so!
