14 years ago today I graduated with my Bachelor of Interior Design degree. Looking back at these photos now feels a little surreal.
At 22, I had no idea where this career would take me — only that I loved design and wanted to create spaces that made people feel at home. Since then there have been countless drawings, site visits, late nights, lessons learned, challenges, beautiful projects, and so many incredible clients who have trusted me along the way.
I’m so grateful for the talented women I went through the program with, the professors and instructors who pushed and encouraged us, and the support from my family throughout all of it. I truly wouldn’t be where I am today without that foundation.
Now, 14 years later, running Jade Interiors with two little girls watching me build something of my own feels pretty special.
Very thankful for the journey so far and for a career I still genuinely love all these years later. 🤍
