A little behind the scenes as I prepare for The Nest 🌿🌸

There’s something so beautiful about watching the flowers from my garden move from seed, to bloom, to dried botanical — and finally into something created with intention.

I’m gathering and preparing flowers and herbs for our botanical blending station, where each guest will personalize their own bolster before settling into a guided restorative experience.

Create it. Rest with it. Take it home.
