I remembered to take a photo! Basically I inhale food these days as if im missing my train! Always on high alert.

I am going to watch Love Hypothesis on 2X speed I think. Still it's gonna take 2 days maybe.

I have been thinking about how I don't remember the taste of a lot of food from my younger days but the yearning stayed. The fragrant nostalgia of eating unhygienic Jhalmuri/fuchka followed me like my own shadow for years here. After a while I stopped missing things from Dhaka.
But this year things were different, my mother was here and mother in law brought "koi mach".
Koi is a diva. You can fry it. You can cook koi mach er tel jhol, you can cook doi diye koi or maybe make a doapiaza, achari koi.
You are in my heart koi mach! I have missed you. No one can beat your taste ! All these rui-bhetki-chitol-ayir-katla-Elish are amazing but they are not you.

10th day since my mom left! I don't remember myself eating in the dining table anymore. I rush food like a Olympic sport...

I wanted to eat jammy eggs. I didn't wanna peel shell of my eggs either. Didn't wanna boil yet wanted a soft yolk. Here I am. My airfryer eggs. Didn't have to spent time to even poach an egg. Yes, im that busy! -_-

I utilize my time, I treat time like money for real. Airfried my eggs at 360 C for 8 minutes.

Sass is a mom of an almost 3 month old kiddo. My life revolves around my kid now. I don't feel comfortable enough to share my views or my day to day activities with my kiddo.
Parenting is a very sensitive topic and I hate giving and taking unsolicited advices!
Every day I will be taking 15 minutes(hopefully)out of my really busy life to post here and somewhere else! Just keeping my inner child alive.

এই জায়গাটা খুবই খুউউব ই "windy"! ডিকশনারিতে চেক করে দেখলাম windy মানে হচ্ছে ঝড়ো! এই ব্লগ টা তো শুরু করছিলাম খাওয়া-দাওয়া নিয়ে পোস্ট করার জন্য, এরপর তো আমি নিজের প্যান প্যান ঘ্যানঘ্যান মনের কথা লেখা শুরু করলাম। এখন আমি যে কারণে পোস্ট করি যাতে আমি বাংলা ভুলে না যাই,মনের ভাব প্রকাশ করতে তো ভালই লাগে। এরপর মনে হচ্ছে AI আসার কারণে, অনেক কিছু AI দিয়ে করতে করতে সময় বাঁচানোর জন্য আমরা আমাদের লিখার ক্যাপাবিলিটি নাই করে দিচ্ছি। মানে আমার কাছে তাই মনে হয়। ব্রেনকে সজাগ রাখার চেষ্টা করলাম,করে যাব আর কি।

ফেলুদার সবচেয়ে প্রিয় গল্প আমার কাছে হচ্ছে দার্জিলিং জমজমাট আর বাদশাহী আংটি। প্রিয় সিনেমা হচ্ছে বাক্স রহস্য আর জয় বাবা ফেলুনাথ। আজকে হঠাৎ করে দেখলাম যে কৈলাশ চৌধুরীর পাথর নামে একটা গল্প আছে
আর কোনভাবেই আমি সে গল্পটার কোন ক্যারেক্টার কে মনে করতে পারলাম না। ব্যাপারটা বেশ ভালই হলো। সুন্দর করে আমি ট্যাবে সবকিছু লগইন করলাম। বইটা নামায় ফেললাম। এরপর ভাবলাম ফোনটাকে একটু রেস্ট দেই।এই কয়েকদিন। ফোন কে বলবো বাই বাই!!!!!!???
অনেকদিন পর ফেসবুক অন্যভাবে চালাচ্ছি। বিশ্বাসই হয় না আগে ল্যাপটপে কম্পিউটারে লগইন করতাম ফেসবুকে। তাও আবার গেম খেলতে।

জায়গাটার নাম মিডল কোভ। প্রচন্ড ঠান্ডা ছিল এখানে। কিন্তু যতটা উড়ায় নিয়ে যাওয়ার মতন বাতাস হয় অতটা ছিল না। তাও দেখলাম আমার হাত জমে গেল আর নাক জমে গেল। ভাগ্যিস গরম কফি ছিল। এই ছবিটা একদম ধোয়াতলা গরম (মানে তুলনামূলকভাবে অন্যদিনের থেকে আর কি) আজকের ছবি। আজকে উইন্টারবুটও পড়া লাগে নাই। আমি কেন জানি নিজের প্রোফাইলেও তাজা ছবি - তাজা স্টোরি পোস্ট করি না খুব।কালকে ছিয়ানব্বই পার্সেন্ট বৃষ্টি দেখাচ্ছে ওয়েদার অ্যাপ।

টরন্টো ভ্যানকুভারে এখন খুবই সুন্দর আবহাওয়া। আমাদের গ্রামে গ্রীষ্মকাল খুবই দেরিতে আসে এবং তাড়াতাড়ি দৌড় দিয়ে পালায় যায়।


ও আর ভালো কথা,যে খাবারের ছবিগুলো পাচ্ছিলাম না, ওটার মধ্যে থেকে একটা ছবি খুজে পাইলাম। বাকিগুলা তো নাই। যাই আমি এখন কৈলাস চৌধুরীর পাথর পড়তে যাই।
