👋 hi this is Karen Morgan, the proud owner and operator of Organize Now. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.
From the time I was young, I enjoyed organizing and found tidying up to be therapeutic. I realized I was happiest when I was organizing my room, or transforming a space. This always left me feeling positive and fulfilled. Many years then passed by doing other work. Nine years ago, I began researching if Organizing could be a career. I was happy to find out that there were many people working in this industry and that it was in fact a profession. 😍
I began working with other Organizers and real estate agents, to learn more and put my natural skills to work. I recently established Organize Now, and the business has kept me engaged and busy ever since.
Seeing and feeling the before and after is probably the favorite part of my work-life.
It's great seeing the difference this can make in people's lives. Helping people and working alongside them can be very rewarding, often people don't know where to start with decluttering or how to complete the work without feeling fatigued.
I love to know that what I do makes a difference in people’s lives immediately.
My business philosophy is geared around assisting and supporting busy families, and I often hear they didn’t realize how much they had until they called me.
As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my non-judgmental, understanding, and compassionate nature.
I attribute my success to the trust I have built.
I have a few different hobbies and interests when I am not at work. I mostly enjoy gardening, cycling, nature walks with my golden retriever and spending time at the barn with horses.
I also believe in giving back to society, and as part of that belief, I try to be environmentally conscious, help animals, and promote eating local organically grown foods.
I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
