This one I did for me 🤗
I am fussy about accent pieces, so lots of what I end up with are bespoke items I create myself.
I wanted something for my makeup 💄 pads & cotton swabs, so took these tiny pizza sauce cans I’d set aside, some paint & gingham tissue, a few printables I loved, and… voila. The blue are for me, the pink for my daughter. My other daughter has put an order in. You can too!

The other day at Michael’s, I scored these blank slabs (with hangers) for $5 each. I needed additional pieces for the half-bath I’m redecorating, so I let my imagination amass chipboard, stamps, ink, paint, and what was left of the bumble bee 🐝 paper I bought.
I added details like gold embossing here and there, pearls and rhinestones too; I was very much angling for a “perfectly imperfect” end product. (Scroll to end).
I am pleased with the result; Mixed Media Collage, a bespoke set of pictures that are truly one-of-kind.

Last night I blasted some music 🎶 & created my own art 🎨

I am redecorating my half-bath in a vintage Bee theme, and a local decor store had these gorgeous barn board frames @ 75% off. I had also ordered a Temu haul of some of the most beautiful paper I’ve ever seen. So…I scoured my pre-existing supplies and gathered stamps, stickers, chip-board, ribbon…and I’m very pleased with this mixed-media set of pictures 🙂🙃

I need some decor for the top of my kitchen cupboards, but the head space is very narrow, and I have not been able to find anything that suits or that I really like.
Soooo, when you can’t find what you want, create your own art! 🎨🎨🎨
I have had this old basket for a while, and the printable is one I pulled off Pinterest.
I painted, mod podged, then weathered it just a little bit to give it character. Lastly, some greenery and I like it!
