This weekend pulled us to Calgary for the 35th Annual BBQ on the Bow and although she was a wet one and we had to make a lot of moving pieces work to pull it off, it was another one for the books! Started off with the Fire BBQ banger we look forward to every year, and we took home the big Yeti cooler door prize at the end of the night!

Saturday PEW PEW BAR-B-QUE threw down an original last minute grocery store creation for her burger entry in KidsQ, this one will definitely be a staple in the house, netting her 4th of 8!

Thanks to Russel and the whole BBQ on the Bow board for making this an awesome event, we could also get used to hearing our song instead of our name, that was very cool!

As for us this weekend here’s how she went:

🩻 - 17 (I thought chicken was supposed to be the devil meat?!!!)

🐄- 1st - Perfect 180!

The trail took us to Bonnyville this weekend for Big Smoke Bonnyville and she was a busy one. Rolling in Thursday night for a Saturday comp, Friday was full on with PEW PEW BAR-B-QUE rippin one of her favourite burgers for KidsQ and Momma throwin down one of the best drinks I’ve had this summer for the Drink Ancillary.

The Big Smoke crew put on a really good show at the museum with many teams pitching in for public sampling and Peoples Choice, congrats to our pal Slam Dunk BBQ for taking bragging rights for that one! As for our us this weekend here’s how she went:
