Is Home Staging really worth the investment? My house looks great, all my friends say so. I have an eye for design. Yes we hear it all the time. Decorating your home for living is not the same as ‘marketing’ your property for sale. Before you decide to stage, look at houses sitting on the market and not selling. There are reasons they haven’t received any offers. PRICE, PRODUCT AND PROMOTION…and professional home staging affects all 3. Staged homes can sell for up to 35% more than unstaged ones. Staging really doesn’t cost you anything because you get that amount and a lot more back in a higher selling price. Invest to get the most $$$.
