Two original, vintage oil paintings of the Canadian Rockies, signed by a local artist. Set in complimentary wooden and gold frames. One is very clearly The Three Sisters near Canmore, Alberta, and the other could be Cascade Mountain near Banff, Alberta. The paintings are in very good condition - no issues. Beautiful colours to suit any decor. The frames show some wear, but nothing major.

I still can't believe that we sold all 79 glass flowers over Mother's Day weekend! We met so many amazing people, and heard so many stories about the people who would be receiving these gifts; not just much-loved mothers, but also sisters, daughters, granddaughters, daughters-in-law, and good friends. Women appreciating women. I hope they all enjoy their flower gifts for years to come!

Here are the very last flowers for our Mother's Day Garden Sale. There were just 4 left of the original 72. Can't believe we almost sold out in 2 days! We decided to stay up into the wee hours to make 7 more. Here is what we have now. A couple are still in my kitchen waiting for centers, but they will be ready to go this afternoon. UPDATE: If you are wanting a flower, come soon. Only 4 left of the original 72 flowers from Thursday morning! We made a few extras last night, so we now have 11. Will post the photos soon.

Our Annual Mother's Day Garden Sale is happening this upcoming week. I now have between 70 and 80 glass and crystal flowers on stems, ready to go! Various colours, and some that are just clear. Flowers for someone special, that won't die within a few days! Prices are set by number of layers, and how many vintage or antique pieces are included. The price range is $25 to $60.

Join us from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (May 7, 8, 9), and Sunday, May 10 (Mother's Day) from 9:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.

The photos posted here are from past years. I am not taking special orders or sending photos of specific coloured flowers this year. I'm too busy to do it! For the greatest selection, you just have to show up earlier in the sale.

We are located at 510 Victoria Street in the dead end, just behind the light at the Centre Road and Victoria Street intersection in Strathroy. Large yellow brick Victorian house. Message me if you have trouble finding us! Hope to see you here!

As you all know, I'm not a consistent poster..... I guess I should try harder to get better at it, but there's just always too many things to do!

Lately, we've been very busy making flowers for our big Mother's Day Garden Sale in May. These make great Mom's Day gifts - flowers that last for years! We'll announce the date soon, so stay tuned!

Here are some photos showing what we've been up to. By the time we're done, we'll have between 60 and 70 flowers available!

I'm not taking orders at this time. I'm still switching pieces about, and need to get the "stems" and centers ready. I am doing my best to keep prices down, but glass and fuel prices are getting ridiculous. Prices will range from $25 to $60 per flower. The amount depends on number of layers, and how many vintage or antique pieces are included.

Don't know what I'd do without Ryan. He has drilled every piece and cut all the pipe stems for me. ❤️ A labour of love!

Antique Jacobean Revival style china cabinet, circa 1910. This walnut cabinet features arched fretwork overlay on the glass door, and raised maple leaf with beaver carvings on the sides of the front panels. A small section of fretwork is missing near the bottom left. Beautifully shaped baluster legs in the Jacobean style. One slim drawer at the bottom with dove-tailed joints. Perfect for your beloved book collection, fine china, prized curiosities, or linens.
