There are some wedding days you never forget. 🤍

This one was especially unforgettable.

The night before this wedding the entire town of Summerland was under evacuation order. By the time the wedding day had arrived, the air was thick with smoke and everything was covered in ash.

But somehow, this couple made the day feel anything but heavy. ✨

The bride and groom were an absolute joy to work with, and watching all of the vendors come together to bring a little color, beauty, and fun to such an unusual day was truly special.

Despite the smoke, the ash and the uncertainty surrounding the day, these two chose to celebrate … and celebrate they did. 🍾

We are so grateful we got to be a part of their day and even more grateful for the incredible vendor team that helped make it so memorable.

A little reminder that sometimes the most beautiful celebrations happen on the most unexpected days 🤍
