This home was designed with real life in mind — including pets.

We installed engineered hardwood that’s specifically chosen for durability and everyday living. It has a low-sheen, textured finish, which not only looks natural but also helps reduce the visibility of scratches and wear.

Meet Dash 🐶 — our unofficial quality inspector.

It’s been about 4–5 months since this install, and it’s a great real-world example of how this flooring performs over time. With dogs, foot traffic, and daily use, it’s still holding up exactly as intended.
Practical, durable, and still looking great — that’s the goal.
