We just finished this 3D render for a custom home under construction. 🔨

Using a targeted questionnaire, we solved two challenges for this client. We added a day pantry to the immediate cooking/prep zone so daily items were within easy reach. By removing a 4” wall next to the refrigerator location, we were able to add a small pull-out fitted between the dishwasher and fridge to act as a buffer between appliances.

💡Designer Tip:

Never place a hot appliance next to a cold one without at least 6” separation. Overlapping heat will significantly shorten your refrigerator’s lifespan.
